Worst builder ever. Doesnt delivery projects on time and customer service team stops answering calls or messages.they only call when they want advance money, otherwise, they are always unreachable.

I am thoroughly impressed with Transcon Developers! Their professionalism and commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect of their work. The construction quality is top-notch, and their project management skills ensure timely completion. What truly sets them apart, however, is the stunning exterior design of their buildings - the elevation is incredibly classy and unparalleled in other residential projects in Andheri West. Transcon Developers truly delivers value for money in the western suburbs. Kudos to their client relationship management team for their exceptional support and dedication to customer satisfaction.

The builder has outstanding rents of 8 months to be paid to the slum dwellers in Orlem Malad West where they are having a SRA development project under Sairajpada SRA. They are paying 9k per month whereas before they paid 27.5k per month. SRA should take action on this since even the building to house the slum dwellers has just been initiated last year after 10 years

I narrowed down on Transcon Triumph - Tower2 Tinseltown project after carefully scrutinizing almost entire Andheri West residential localities. My personal experience since year 2021, Transcon Developers is very professional, construction quality is excellent and very well organized in terms of project completion timeliness. Exterior or Elevation of building is super classy which I have not observed in other residential projects in Andheri West. All the best to Transcon Developers for bringing value for money in western suburb of Andheri West. Client relationship management team is very supportive. Thanks.
