Till you pay the scheduled money and registration of flat is done. Mr. Prem who is Sales Head of Sanas..he show interest. Once you complete the payment and do registration, after that he will stop pocking up phone. He also tells point blank lies. He has sold all Flats of same size in 48 lakhs, but kept me telling that cost is 55 Lakhs. After many request and refrence he gave a flat in 48 Lakhs. I requested him for high rise floor..he said O ly one flat O 2nd floor is available. I was forced to purchase 2nd floor flat. Latter he sold Flats from 4th, 16th and 21st floor . One of my relative bought on 4th Floor. An organisation is judged by its people a d their behavior.
