Pathetic experience with this builder for purchase in Insignia project in Punawale. CRM executives are extremely rude and blatantly asking to go ahead and make RERA complaints despite there being a delay of 1.5 years in giving possession. Nobody is giving any clarity on the rent promised by the builder at the time of purchase. Nobody responds to messages or emails. Absolutely horrible management. Personally, I'm already regretting purchasing a flat in this project. Have already incurred losses due to delays. Wouldn't recommend them.

Very poor experience with Aishwaryam Group.
Even after possession, basic issues like water supply are still not resolved. The construction quality is disappointing, with many works still pending. Several amenities promised at the time of sale have either been delayed or not delivered.
The management handling is weak, with a clear communication gap and lack of accountability. Possession was also delayed by around 4 months, which added to the inconvenience.
Overall, not recommended—especially projects like Aishwaryam Abhiman and Aishwaryam Anand.

Very disappointing experience with this builder. Initially, the project showed good progress and reached around 70–80% completion, but after that, the pace has slowed down drastically.
Since then, there has been almost no proper response or communication from their side. It feels like once most of the payment is done, buyers are no longer treated as a priority.
There is no clarity on timelines, no accountability, and getting any update is a struggle. Overall, a very frustrating experience—buyers should be cautious before investing here.

I am writing this review after going through a very frustrating and stressful experience with this builder. What initially seemed like a promising project has turned into a complete disappointment.
In the beginning, construction progress looked decent and reached around 70–80%. However, after that, the work slowed down significantly, and since then there has been no proper momentum to complete the remaining work. The biggest issue is not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication and accountability from the builder’s side.
Once the majority of the payment is collected, it genuinely feels like buyers are no longer treated with importance. There are repeated delays in possession, and no clear or reliable timelines are provided. Even basic queries and emails go unanswered, which is unacceptable when customers have invested their hard-earned money.
There is also a lack of transparency regarding completion schedules, internal finishing, and important approvals like the Occupancy Certificate (OC). This creates constant uncertainty and makes it very difficult for buyers to plan their future.
Overall, this has been a mentally exhausting and financially stressful experience. Trust in the builder has been completely shaken due to unfulfilled commitments and poor customer handling.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to think multiple times before investing in this project. Do thorough verification and do not rely only on verbal assurances or initial progress shown.

Extremely disappointing experience with this builder. The project is significantly delayed, and possession is still not provided as promised.
There is no clear communication, no accountability, and timelines keep getting pushed without proper justification. Despite repeated follow-ups, there is no transparency on actual completion status or possession date.
For buyers, this has caused unnecessary stress, financial burden, and complete loss of trust. Investing here has turned out to be a mistake.
I strongly recommend others to be very cautious before making any decision.
