I strongly advise everyone to be very careful before purchasing a flat from Kanchan Developers in Pune. I bought a flat in one of their projects, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The construction quality is very poor. The finishing work is not done properly, and many things were left incomplete or done carelessly. Even after raising complaints, the response was slow and not satisfactory.
I also had a bad experience with their sales team. Proper information was not clearly explained during the sale process. I feel that important details were not transparently shared.
Based on my personal experience, I would request others to thoroughly check everything before investing your hard-earned money. Please verify construction quality, documents, and promises carefully before making any decision.

I have no complaints regarding the developers. As I m residency of taljai hills project. Recommended to choose the Developer project if it's located in your vicinity
