Delayed possession ( for kuch kuch only, be positive, not necessarily you will be the one 🫣, bus maintenance pay karte raho, mil hi jayega 😝 ), endless fake promises, leakages, broken tiles, local brand sanitary fittings (sorry, they're marketed as 🐆 premium), poorly maintained facilities and a never-ending list of issues....uff!! problems, problems, and more problems...
But don't worry,☺️ life here is never boring...You'll soon become a warrior, constantly writing emails and following up with the FM team....Thakna mana hai! After all, you've paid crores for this privilege...🫠
And yes, there's the famous "Themes River", a grand nullah that reveals itself properly only after possession. Never seen waterfalls up close? Don't worry, your flat might provide that experience during the monsoon...🤪
Own a car? Good luck finding a parking spot between piles of garbage and neglected surroundings...
Dreamed of open views? Get ready to be surrounded by buildings from every direction. On the bright side, if you're interested in other people's lives, the visibility is excellent... 👀
