Visited Spenta Corporation recently and honestly had a really good experince. The property looks even better in real than in photos, very nicely planned. The team was also very helpfull and explained everything properly. I have also purchased one property here and feeling quite happy with the decision. Looking forward to how it turns out!

Spenta Corporation has delayed possession of my flat in Spenta Altavista (Phase 2) – F Tower for over 5.5 years, with no accountability and not a single rupee paid in legally owed delay interest. Their repeated assurances have meant nothing, their timelines have been empty promises, and their handling of the project has shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity toward customers who trusted them with their life savings.
To make matters worse, after the project moved into NCLT, Spenta Corporation has conveniently used the process as a loophole to avoid delivering the promised white goods, refusing to honor commitments that were part of the original agreement. Instead of protecting homebuyers, they’ve exploited the NCLT shield to escape responsibility while honest customers continue to suffer. My experience makes it clear: Spenta Corporation has failed on every front — possession, interest payments, and promised amenities — leaving buyers feeling deceived and abandoned.

We had booked a 1bhk apartment in 2014 at Alta Vista Phase 1 basis tall promises by their marketing executives who showed us various brochures, videos and fully furnished sample flat; even claimed that they have taken entire nearby slum, garages for development and will build nice infrastructure to be handed over by June 2018 as per Agreement registered in January 2016. To our shock the area is full of slum, garbage, open toilets, no proper road access to towers, quality of flat is very substandard and very very poor customer service. Never saw a developer in my experience of 18 years who do not complete all agreed work as per agreement such as Garden, Entrance Lobby, Fire safety measures, Sewage treatment plant, roof top amenities, clubhouse etc. and makes us run pillar to post to get work completed within flat by forcing us to take possession in unfinished manner. There is constant sewage water overflowing outside Alta Vista SRA and Private Towers as the developer did not complete proper drainage and sewage pipes. Their staff has very poor customer service. They hire marketing staff who are sweet talkers and who shamelessly lie to customers while taking bookings. Since last 3 years possession of our flat is not given and work is not completed. They had financial problems in 2016 to 2018 due to which projects were at halt. They had promised garden view and clubhouse view flats to many buyers and what they have provided is flats with garbage and open toilet view of Laldongar behind their B & C Wing towers. The developer doesn't have any construction experience and educational background and they are simply cashing on belonging to Parsi community. Please be careful of their sales techniques and please reach out to existing home owners at Alta Vista Phase 1 and 2 to understand all the issues and their sufferings.
