Worst CRM team, salespeople who sold this project have left the company and now promises made by them are now being denied by CRM team. They will simply say that go and check RERA.
The possession date has been delayed and there has been no communication from the CRM team regarding this matter. To make matters worse, they are not even willing to provide a new confirm possession date.
Even their management is not taking responsibility for the promises made by the sales team. I would strongly advise other buyers to ensure they get everything in writing before proceeding with registration if they are considering purchasing a flat from Dynamix.

Worst builder experience ever!!!!
I'm shifting in tower B, and facing water seepage issue in my dry balcony.
Since tower B handover is not done yet, we raised the issue in MyGate App after call conversation with admin team. The issue was resolved promptly, but only in the app. In reality the issue still persist. So, we decided to visit the facility team.
But there, Mr. Harikrishnan attitude was too casual. They literally said everyone in Tower A & B has faced the same issue, and not just you.
After paying huge amt such services or answers are not accepted.
From last month, we are facing the second problem, with the builder.
If any higher management team is there pls look into this matter.

I had booked a flat in parkwood dynamix D5 in 2022.For our building D5 parkwood, the builder at the time had promised that delivery will be in June/july 24 though RERA possession date being Mar 26. Now the rera date is also passed and still there is no sign of completion of the building.The management is least bothered about completion of existing projects and busy with fooling other customer with their other project.
The management is also least bothered to even reply on the mails of existing customer.
Worst experience to deal with.
Beware before booking in this builder projects.
Your team is having my contact number and not at all addressed my concerns. Rera date is also not communicated.

Dynamix Group worst construction of avanya towers last one yrs issue of water leaking in newly constructed building from outside window to inside the house could not be rectified and still trying to sell the remaining construction in the same compound.

What pathetic answer given by your staff stating you do not provide NOC to resell apartment. If previous owner did not change the name on bill, what rights do you have for not providing or reissuing NOC to new owner !!!
