One of the best places to work! I have spent 6 wonderful years with this organization, and it has been an incredible journey. The owner is humble, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees' well-being and professional development.

Excellent workmanship and solid project management. They maintained a safe, highly organized site, attention to technical details, and finished right on schedule.

I worked at the Alibag site of Shubham EPC and have now left the company. I can still give a decent rating to the company overall, but when it comes to the Alibag Emar site, I wouldn’t even give a 0 rating because of the admin there. I honestly don’t understand why the company has kept him.
There are serious issues at the site. Money seems to be mismanaged, and the condition of the mess is extremely poor. Even the staff bathrooms are worse than the labor bathrooms. In the mess, laborers, drivers, and engineers all eat together without any proper discipline—some people even come after drinking, and no one takes responsibility.
The admin/HR there doesn’t seem to care at all about these problems. Because of this poor management, many staff members are leaving the site.
Overall, the Alibag site is in a very bad condition, mainly due to the admin.
