*⚠️ Honest Review — Bramhacorp Business Park, Wadgaonsheri, Pune*
Beware before investing in a commercial unit at *Bramhacorp Business Park, Wadgaonsheri, Pune.*
I purchased my office unit in *2022 for ₹70 lakhs* and sincerely regret trusting the Bramhacorp brand.
Since the beginning, I’ve faced multiple issues — right from *possession* till date:
* The unit was handed over *half-painted* and incomplete. I had to chase the team for weeks, and only after meeting the owner, *Mr. Dinesh Agarwal*, was the unit properly painted and handed over.
* The *firefighting lines* were kept switched off. I had to repeatedly follow up to get them functional.
* During my *office launch event*, I wasn’t allowed to use a gas cylinder to cook fresh food for guests — they expected cold food to be served!
* Despite this being a **700+ unit project**, there’s **no clubhouse or common meeting space** for office owners.
* Only **two guards** manage the entire premises.
* My **designated parking space** is constantly misused by others, mainly by staff of leased IT offices. Despite several complaints, **no action** is taken. I’ve even found **alcohol bottles** in my parking area (Basement 1) — where there are **no cameras or guards**.
* The premises are **infested with mosquitoes**, and fogging is done only once a week (likely to save costs). I’m even considering gifting them a fogging machine — because health shouldn’t be compromised.
* **Bathrooms** on each floor smell like public toilets. Despite several complaints, they remain in the same unhygienic condition.
* **Construction quality** is poor — there’s a visible gap between tiles and windows in my unit. Even after multiple requests, it’s ignored.
* At possession, the developer collected a **₹75,000 refundable deposit** to be refunded after a year — I’m still chasing it.
* When you raise complaints or concerns, the staff **either ignore or indirectly threaten you.**
* Even after **emailing the management team and the owner directly**, **no one responds** — complete silence and zero accountability.
To make things worse, I’ve recently learned that similar units are now being sold for around **₹57 lakhs (all-inclusive)**, meaning early buyers who paid ₹70–80 lakhs have **lost major value** on their investment.
I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same experience.
The choice is yours — but I strongly recommend **thinking twice before investing with Bramhacorp.**
