Visited during third week of August. Looked like a contemporary commercial building, it's on a bit of a slope so need to be careful! The building is pretty new with basement parking and outside parking available. Went inside to one of the company's lab, seemed quite managed. Went there multiple times, there's no checking at the reception or the security, anyone can just go inside the building it seems!

Honestly, I really did not like this building at all. The condition of the building felt very poor and unhygienic. Especially the parking area — it is completely on a slope, which feels very unsafe. If one car slips or falls, it could create a chain reaction and damage other vehicles as well. I honestly don’t know which architect designed this place, but the layout feels completely impractical.
There is also a major ventilation issue. Everything feels very closed off, the windows are not properly designed, and the rooms feel dark and gloomy. We had gone there to check out office spaces, but the overall environment felt extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, there is usually no one at the reception, and there is no proper security either. The ACs, lights, and other basic facilities are mostly turned off. The lights are only switched on around 7 PM, and even then, there are frequent power cuts. Overall, there are too many issues with the building and its management.

Good infrastructure, but severe parking issue considering office spaces. Basement parking is hydraulic which takes forever to move, with no alternative way out. Can't afford 15 mins daily to just park a 2 wheeler 😑

"I recently had the opportunity to visit this commercial space, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The facilities are not only comprehensive but also exceptionally well-maintained. The management clearly takes pride in keeping everything in top-notch condition, making it an ideal environment for any business looking for a reliable and professional setting. Whether you're a startup or an established company, this space provides everything you need to operate efficiently and comfortably. Highly recommended!"
