I was looking for NA plots somewhere near Wagholi Kesnand road where I received a call from Miss Priya from Nivaan Meadows by Vishal Chugera Properties and I thought it must be sort of gunthewadi system but I was wrong.
When I visited the actual site, I was left amazed proper plot size were there, the entire property had clear titles and I was really shocked when I came to know there's no water shortage.
And a very big plus point in perspective of investment is that Upcoming Wagholi High Street is just at your main gate.
It was really a great experience visiting at their office and great hospitality by the team felt like home.
