Fast forward to today, March 2024, and that decision feels nothing short of a monumental mistake. Despite having forked over 90% of the payment, there’s not a shred of hope in sight for possession. What was pitched as a dream investment has morphed into a ghost project, a haunting reminder of a promise unfulfilled.
The common wisdom that investments double every seven years rings hollow in the face of this debacle. Not only has there been zero appreciation, but the absence of progress or communication from the developers has left investors like myself feeling utterly fooled and forsaken.
To those considering Vascon Goodlife as a potential investment: tread with extreme caution. The reality of investing here has been a journey of frustration, disappointment, and financial stagnancy. Worst experience with this builder.
They are selling Apartments saying premium ones but giving 3rd grade products and services.
Forest edge is their horrible execution.
Would not recommend to anyone.
