Very poor construction quality and cheap materials used throughout the project. There seems to be no proper quality check before handing over flats. The support is extremely slow to respond. Another major issue is that the builder restricts residents to a single local ISP, limiting access to more reliable internet providers.

The overall journey with Veena Synergy was smooth and hassle-free. Very supportive staff and professional management team. Timely possession and quality construction make it a perfect experience.

Veena Developers are a fraud. Vasai East project " Veena Dynasty" society premises wall was demolished by an adjacent landowner yesterday claiming it is his land. On what basis was the building developed then by Mr. Nikunj Sanghavi. They sold the flat and now residents are suffering. Who is responsible for the same . The building was built almost 12 to 13 years ago. VVMC Municipal Office on what basis was OC and CC provided. Why do common people have to suffer #vvmc #VeenaDevelopers #vasai
