I would like to share my disappointing experience with GHP Group regarding my recent flat booking.
On 26.02.2025, I booked a 2BHK flat (Tower 1, Flat No. 1608) in their Isle of Calm project at the GHP builder office. After detailed discussions with the sales team, the final agreed price was ₹2,02,42,300. The booking form was completed, a cheque was handed over, and even a photography session was conducted to mark the booking.
However, just two days later, on 28.02.2025, I received a call from the sales team stating that the final price was now ₹2,06,00,000—an unexpected increase of ₹3,58,000. When I refused to pay the additional amount, I was left with no choice but to cancel the booking ("It’s not about the money—the same could have been paid—but it’s about trust"). This sudden price change after completing all formalities raises serious concerns about the credibility of the builder. It appears that they may have found another buyer willing to pay more, which is highly unethical.
Such behavior raises doubts about the developer’s commitment to their promises. The sales team makes grand claims such as "We own all of Powai," "We will clear slums," and "We will build a shopping mall," but given this experience, I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before investing. Trust is a crucial factor when making such a significant investment, and unfortunately, my experience with GHP Group has been far from reassuring.
Please be cautious before committing to any purchase with them.

GHP has a professional as well cordial Sales Team - Amit Gupta. They treat customers with Respect and try to explain the property pretty well. The only area they can improve is have upfront clarity and stability on the inventory based on customer needs to have a Smooth Sales Execution and Successful Closing.

Nothing about the project but the sales people which push you to make booking payments and create a rush(agressive sales) I made a payment of 1lac for booking which is fully refundable according to the document which I have and also was informed by the sales manager, I have requested for refund via email and spoke to the sales guy too but I have haven't received any acknowledgement and I have been communicating from past 2 weeks but no response fro. The GHp group. can you pget some clearification on it.
